Three East leaders Newport HSOB meet Abergavenny, while the top clash could be the All-Newport affair at the Civil Service Ground, where the local Saracens take on Pill Harriers. In the West, Kidwelly versus Tumble and Lampeter against Pontyberem look the pick of the games.
Improving Gilfach Goch face Nantymoel and top club Treherbert at Pentyrch are the highlights of Three South-East, while Three South-West will see unbeaten Bryncoch entertain Mumbles and joint leaders Maesteg Quins travel to Skewen.
Four East will see leaders Bargoed go to injury-hit Caldicot and in-form Blaina take on Chepstow at Central Park. Four West leaders Llandybie go to pointless Tycroes and there are tight matches expected between Llanelli Wanderers v Pembroke Dock Quins and Loughor v Burry Port.
