Having lost their 100% record last Friday night, the Ospreys look to pick themselves up again this weekend when they travel north to face Edinburgh at Murrayfield. It was two wins out of two for the Welsh region in the competition last year and the Ospreys will be looking to extend that record.

The Blues host Glasgow on Saturday. It was one a piece for the two sides in last season’s clash and the Blues will be looking to claim another victory after ending their winless run by beating the Scarlets last weekend.

The Dragons are away to Munster, also on Saturday, boasting two wins out of two over their opposition in last season’s competition. If the Ospreys fail to win in Edinurgh on Friday night, this match will present the Dragons with the opportunity to close the gap on the leaders once again.

The Scarlets are the last region in action on Sunday as their rut continues. This time out they host Leinster at Wrexham looking to end their poor run of form. Last season the Scarlets dished out a 51-20 hiding to their opposition in the corresponding fixture, but Leinster also chalked up a win in last season’s two clashes and the Scarlets will need their wits about them.
