The Welsh side will be looking to bounce back and build on their Celtic Challenge campaign against a Glasgow Warriors side only two points ahead of them in the league table.
A young Thunder squad will want to record a second league win against a Glasgow team looking to do the same at home north of the border.
Jess Rogers returns to captain the side from Number 8 and is one of eight changes to the Thunder starting line-up in Scotland. Welsh
Rogers is alongside Danai Mugabe and Lucy Issac in the backrow, while experienced Welsh international Gwen Crabb is drafted in from her club to partner Robyn Davies in the engine room, with Natalia John still ruled out due to injury.
Props Stella Orin and Cadi-Lois Davies join hooker Chloe Gant in the Thunder front row.
Welsh international Niamh Terry is named at fly-half and partners scrum half Seren Singleton at half-back.
Wales centre Hannah Bluck partners Gabby Healan in midfield, while Hannah Lane starts at full back with Ellie Tromans moving to the wing alongside Eleanor Hing on the other wing.
Brython Thunder head coach, Ashley Beck, said: “We are a young and exciting squad who have showed real resilience and character at this level against sides full of international rugby players.
“Playing at this level is a test and we are learning so much from the experience as players, coaches and staff, and that will stand us in good stead as we develop as a team and a squad.
“Glasgow are tough opposition on their home patch, but we are ready for the challenge and looking forward to putting in a performance to represent the jersey.”
