Beddau No.8 Christian Bundy scored a hat-trick of tries as his club overturned a 13-20 halftime deficit to beat Cwmllynfell 42-23. Centre Steve Robinson scored Beddau’s fourth try and added 19 points with the boot.
Former Premiership side Caerphilly saw off Fleur De Lys 28-7, despite being level at 7-all at the break, and at the bottom of the table, Ystrad Rhondda moved above Blackwood by beating Builth Wells 23-18, thanks to five goals from outside-half Dai Owen.
