DEVELOPMENT DEMOLISH STUDENTS

Development came into the fixture off the back of a 10-0 defeat of the British Army, which gave them confidence to take the game to the Welsh Students.

Bob Newman’s side pulled in 11 tries and 6 conversions, with Scrum Half Becky Davies putting in an outstanding performance to claim a hat-trick.  Twins Lucy and Sophie Edwards got two apiece, showing tremendous pace and physicality in both attack and defence.  Abby King (2T), Helen Amos (1T), Christie Thompson (1T), Paula Mullen (6C) finished the scoring.
