Over the course of the 2020 Guinness Six Nations, the WRU TV series Gwlad Gwlad has been taking viewers behind the scenes in a way never seen before in Welsh rugby.
Each episode documents life in the camp as the squad competes in one of sport’s most historic championships – but Gwlad Gwlad goes beyond the training and the on-field action (although there’s plenty of that to enjoy too).

Episode 1: It's the first week in camp as some familiar - and some not so familiar - faces prepare for the 2020 Guinness Six Nations.
