Shane Williams and Alun Wyn Jones are on hand to give their verdict and look ahead to the Autumn internationals. Dan Cottrell, part of the Wales Women coaching team, reviews the World Cup that ended with a victory over South Africa, while in the Principality Premiership we hear from Neath coach Patrick Horgan and Carmarthen team manager Steffan Thomas.
