Digital Ticketing

Tickets for Welsh Rugby fixtures at Principality Stadium will be delivered digitally to a smartphone/device using the Principality Stadium Ticketing app. For a full user guide please click here.

Why are Digital Tickets being introduced?

The Principality Stadium Ticketing app allows digital tickets to be delivered securely, quickly and removing the need to wait for your paper tickets to arrive by post.

The move to digital ticketing supports measures that it is anticipated will be required in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The app will allow the WRU to identify who is in the stadium, enabling effective track and trace as well as reducing the risk of transmission by cutting out the handling of traditional paper tickets.

Downloading the App

If you do not already have the Principality Stadium Ticketing app, you can download it by clicking here.

Alternatively, you can search for ‘Principality Stadium Ticketing’ in the App Store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android, depending on the type of smart device that you have.

App Registration

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to register with your name, mobile number and email address. Please note the mobile number used for your digital ticketing account must match that on your WRU e-ticking account.

After entering your name, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number and you will then be sent an SMS message containing a verification code. Once you have entered your verification code, your mobile number will be verified.

You will then be prompted to enter your email address and will receive a confirmation code via email. Once you have entered your verification code, your email will be verified and your registration complete.
