Cai Griffiths

Bontnewydd born Cai Llewellyn Griffiths made his Ospreys debut as a replacement against Leinster in September 2003. The 2006–2007 season saw Griffiths appear for the Ospreys on fourteen occasions, one of these was the region's superb win over the touring Australians. 

Griffiths has represented his country at Wales Schools and Wales Youth levels, and played for Wales U19 and U21. Griffiths was part of the U21 Grand Slam winning side in 2005. He was part of Wales’s U21 squads for the 2004 and 2005 IRB U21 World Championships.
