Justin has represented Wales at every age-grade level. He made 18 appearances for Wales Under 20 over two seasons, scoring eight tries, six at the 2009 Junior World Championship in Japan.
He also spent a season with Wales Sevens on the international circuit.
His senior debut came against Argentina in August 2011 and he played in all five games of the Championship winning campaign of 2013.
He was a replacement as the British & Irish Lions won the series in Sydney this summer.
