Mike is now the most capped scrum half in Welsh international history, having surpassed Dwayne Peel’s previous record.
He played in all five matches of the 2008 and 2012 Grand Slams and all five of the Championship retaining season of 2013, as well as playing in six of the seven fixtures at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in 2011.
He toured with the British & Irish Lions this summer, adding two more caps to the three he won in South Africa in 2009.
