Former Marlborough College student Griffin first arrived at Bath’s academy as a budding 13-year-old.
Born in Sydney, Australia, he played for the Centaurs club in Singapore before his family moved to England.
He represented Wales at U20 level where his strong ball carrying and stern defence proved invaluable.
He earned his first cap as a second half replacement against England at Twickenham in round two of the 2024 Guinness Six Nations but was then released from the squad due to a knee injury.
