A product of Coleg y Cymoedd, Blacker came through the academy system at Cardiff Blues and was capped at Wales U18s and Wales U20s level.
He played European Champions Cup and Guinness PRO14 rugby for the Blues; had a brief loan spell with the Dragons and has featured for Wales 7s on the world series circuit.
He joined Scarlets ahead of the 2019-20 campaign and was the side’s top try-scorer in 2020-21.
