The Newcastle Emlyn loosened prop was an integral part of the Wales Under 20s squad that reached the Junior World Championship final in 2013.
He made his Wales debut as a replacement against Canada at Principality Stadium alongside four other new caps on the day – Ben Carter, Ben Thomas, Taine Basham and Tom Rogers.
He joined the Ospreys from Carmarthen Quins, having also represented Llanelli and Newcastle Emlyn, and had been involved with the Scarlets. He made his Ospreys regional debut in 2014.
