The former Wales U20 pivot was one of five uncapped players named in Wayne Pivac’s 2022 autumn squad.
The ex-Pencoed fly half graduated from the Wales U18 side to the Wales U20 squad for the 2019 Six Nations.
He was part of the Ospreys U16s set-up before moving to the midlands where he played a major role in Leicester Tigers’ Academies Under-18 League victory in an unbeaten season in 2017/18, starting the final victory over Gloucester at Allianz Park.
After completing his second Six Nations campaign, he came back to play his rugby in Wales with the Scarlets. He featured in three campaigns at Under 20 level for his country.
He ade his Scarlets PRO14 debut during the 2020-21 campaign and after impressive performances in the Scarlets No. 10 jersey was called up to train with the Wales senior squad.
He made his senior debut when coming on the bench just prior to the game against New Zealand after Leigh Halfpenny was ruled out through a hamstring injury. He replaced Rhys Priestland in the second half against the All Blacks.
