Ospreys hooker Scott Baldwin was recalled to the Wales squad for the 2023 Guinness Six Nations, more than five years after his last Test match appearance.
Baldwin’s regional teammate Dewi Lake was forced to withdraw from Warren Gatland’s squad after suffering a knee injury during the Ospreys’ thrilling Heineken Champions Cup victory over Leicester.
He made his international debut in the second Test against Japan on 15 June 2013, as a second-half replacement.
The Bridgend-born front rower left the Ospreys in 2019 after a successful decade at the Swansea.com Stadium before signing for Harlequins. He then played fore Worcester but return to Swansea on compassionate grounds in February 2022.
