Teddy Williams followed in the footsteps of his father, the late Owain Williams, in appearing for Cardiff Rugby.
The academy product featured for Wales Under 18 and U20 and made his Cardiff debut against Leinster in 2020.
He was called into the Warren Gatland’s Wales squad for the first time in January 2023. He was also named in the training squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup before making his debut on 19 August 2023, coming off the bench against South Africa in a World Cup warm-up match.
He joined the 2024 Autumn Nations Series squad, replacing Ben Carter who suffered an injury in training .
