Ospreys back Tom Grabham has called for the region’s fringe players to seize the day at Ulster on Friday.
Steve Tandy’s men are without six stars in the Wales squad to face New Zealand on Saturday, with Jeff Hassler and Josh Matevesi also away on international duty.
But the Ospreys have Dan Baker and James King back in their ranks, and Moldovan international Dimitri Arhip has also been allowed to return to Swansea.
The region is still relatively light on experienced campaigners, but Graham has urged his young team-mates to grab their opportunity with both hands.
He said: “We will be tested in certain areas but it’s a huge opportunity for myself and the younger guys to show what we can do, it’s about seizing that chance and putting in the performance for the Ospreys jersey. There’s no secret to getting a win at Ravenhill, we just have to go there and do everything right.
“We’re going to have to be right on the money if we are to get a result because it has been tough in recent years.”
Ulster have lost just Guinness PRO12 encounter at Ravenhill in 14 months and head into the game on-the-back of a victory over Newport Gwent Dragons.
But they have suffered a wobble in the European Champions Cup, losing both their opening games to Leicester and Toulon.
Ospreys are still unbeaten in the league but have suffered set-backs in the LV=Cup. They beat Connacht 26-11 in their last league outing but slipped to defeats against Saracens and the Dragons.
Martin Roberts is set to start at scrum-half alongside Sam Davies with Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar in the starting line-up to face the All Blacks.
Baker, King and Arhip are all set for returns to add much needed experience to the side with Graham set for a place on the wing
He added: “I’m really enjoying the amount of game time I’m getting at the moment. We’ve had a few tough games and it won’t get any easier against Ulster.
“We’ve got to focus on this weekend, if we do that and get the performance, the other things will look after themselves.”
