The changes see the men of Gwent pair up youngster Jack Dixon with the experienced Andy Tuilagi in the centre. Jack Dixon starts at outside centre after gaining experience there with Bedwas RFC.
A new look back row sees the trio of Jevon Groves, Lewis Evans and Ieuan Jones, take the field for the regional side.
