Concert tickets will be issued directly to you in enough time for you to transfer onto guests, therefore please ensure you have downloaded the app ready. Please refer to the ‘digital tickets and passes’ tab below for more information.

Please also inform us via email (CateringPSE@pse.wales) of any dietary requirements in advance as we may not be able to accommodate on the day.

Digital tickets and passes

Hospitality tickets will be issued digitally via our PSE VIP app which you can download from your google/apple store on your smartphone, you can find information on how to use the app by clicking on the below link

Important information – Digital Ticketing

We are pleased to inform you that your digital tickets for the upcoming Stereophonics, Tom Jones & Guests live event, will shortly be available via the Ticketing app!

Accessing your digital tickets

Your tickets have been delivered to the Ticketing app and full details of how to access your digital tickets can be found in the above PDF guide.

Ticket Transfer

Please note that the ticket transfer function within the app will only be available from 2 weeks prior to the event.

QR Codes

Your rotating QR code will only appear on your ticket on the day of the event itself.

Screen Shot

Please note that only tickets within the app with a rotating QR code will be attempted to be scanned for entry. Taking screen shots of tickets is not permitted and may be viewed as suspicious behaviour.

As with all major events, ticket holders are encouraged to plan their travel well ahead and make allowances for busy motorways and trunk roads. The M4 corridor and approaches to Cardiff are expected to be very busy.
