Craig Evans joined the Welsh Rugby Union’s professional ranks as a match official in June 2015.
At the time of joining the professional ranks alongside fellow academy product, Ben Whitehouse, he had already operated at Principality Premiership, British & Irish Cup and LV=Cup level.
As well as officiating in the Guinness Pro 14, Evans has firmly established himself as one of the top Sevens referee’s on the World Series circuit, and claimed the rare distinction of officiating in a Cup final on his debut tournament in Dubai in 2016.
