Ulster outclassed Newport Gwent Dragons with a comfortable 38-8 victory in Belfast with returning wing Tommy Bowe racing over for two tries in the first half.
Bowe was in devastating form in the first half in an eye catching display which must have impressed Ireland coach Joe Schmidt. The home side brought up their bonus point after only 32 minutes and had the luxury of giving Bowe the second half off with victory already assured.
Ulster scored five tries in total with influential Ruan Pienaar, Sean Doyle and a penalty try notched up in the first spell with Doyle adding the gloss in the second spell.
The Dragons only response was through Ross Wardle who scored wide out in the corner in the 63rd minute after Rhys Jones had opened their account with a penalty.
