Welsh fans gave three legends the perfect farewell with Wales beating the Barbarians 49-26 in a try fest under the roof of the Principality Stadium.
Leigh Halfpenny gave a faultless performance with his boot before departing to a rousing reception in the 65th minute while Alun Wyn Jones and Justin Tipuric wore the famous black and white hoops of the Baa-Baas in their international swansongs..
By the time Halfpenny departed the scene, he hadn’t missed a shot at goal all game to savour every last drop of emotion pouring from his faithful fans when he left the pitch for the last time in a Wales jersey.
Wales scored three tries in the first half and followed up with four more in the second to give Halfpenny the perfect send-off while Jones got the loudest cheers of the game when he stretched out to score the Barbarians third try of the game in the 50th minute in a man of the match performance.
Early patience was rewarded for Wales when Dewi Lake powered over in the third minute. Halfpenny rifled the conversion through the posts to put Wales 7-0 ahead.
Adam Beard unexpectedly received a yellow card in the 11th minute and almost immediately Wales were made to pay when Fijian Simione Kuruvoli darted over.

The Baa-Baas were back in the hunt when Jones scored his touchdown and suddenly with 30 minutes remaining, it was a two-point ball game.
Taine Plumtree darted through a gap to score Wales’s fourth converted try to put the home side 28-19 ahead.
Asafo Aumua got a yellow card for a late tackle on Aaron Wainwright and while he was riding pine, Wainwright ploughed over to add salt to the wounds.
The Barbarians hit back when Tom Hooper grabbed a poor dropout from his own goal-line by Williams as the breathless affair continued at pace.
