Ben qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2010 from Cardiff University.
He worked with Cardiff City Academy after graduating for 18 months, then went onto the Dragons Academy for a year then the first team the year after that.
He spent five seasons with Cardiff Blues first team then in the summer 2018 moved to Wales 7s.
