Kevin Bowring

Born in Wales Kevin Bowring had played and skippered London Welsh as a flanker and also played for the Barbarians, later teaching at Clifton College and coaching Wales B.

Bowring was caretaker coach for one match and then took the job on a full time basis, bringing in a more typically Welsh style of game. He resigned after a 51-0 home loss to France at Wembley.
