Biog
The former hooker played club rugby for Cardiff Blues, Ospreys, London Welsh, Aberavon and Aberavon Quins.
He captained Wales at U16 level playing as a flanker, but nearly all his senior career was as a hooker.
He joined the coaching staff of Aberavon in August 2017. He is also employed by the WRU as a coach and referee development officer for the Ospreys region.
