The former flanker earned eight Welsh caps between 2005-09 while playing for Cardiff Blues. He switched to the Dragons in 2010 having played 122 for the capital region between 2003-10.
He was strength and conditioning coach with Cardiff Blues from 2014-21 and is currently a director and coach at ION Strength and Conditioning
