Supporter Exchange Platform

The Welsh Rugby Supporter Exchange is the official resale platform of the WRU. The platform allows supporters who can no longer attend Welsh Rugby events at Principality Stadium to sell their tickets legitimately through a safe, secure and fully verified marketplace.

The Supporter Exchange is a legitimate resale marketplace, powered by Seat Unique. Only verified sellers and original ticket holders are allowed to list tickets on the platform. So you can rest assured you are buying 100% official tickets that guarantee entry to Welsh Rugby events at Principality Stadium.

Rugby clubs throughout Wales are also permitted to sell up to ten per cent of their ticket allocations for home Welsh rugby internationals above face value.

To preserve a trusted environment for buyers, all sellers will be required to complete a two- step verification process. Sellers will be verified via email address when creating an account with Seat Unique. Sellers then have to be verified as the original ticket owner, by providing unique ticket information. If the seller does not pass the verification process, they cannot list tickets on the platform.

Once sold, tickets are then cancelled from the original seller and reissued to the buyer’s mobile/smartphone device through the Principality Stadium Ticketing app. The app allows digital tickets to be delivered safely and securely.

For each transaction a £1 donation will be shared equally between the WRU’s chosen charity, the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust and Seat Unique’s charity partner, Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI).
