Duplicate Ticket Procedure
If your ticket has been lost or stolen, you should contact the WRU Ticket Office immediately on 02920 822 432 or customercare@wru.co.uk providing your name and ticket details including the location of your seat. If you are a rugby club Debenture holder or have purchased your tickets through a rugby club then you should contact the club in the first instance.
Welsh Rugby Union (“WRU”) Group Duplicate Ticket Procedure
If your ticket is lost or stolen on the day of the event you should go to the WRU Ticket Office at Principality Stadium with full details of the ticket that has been lost or stolen.
If your tickets have been stolen, the WRU Ticket Office will require a crime number (this is supplied by the police at the time of reporting a theft).
The WRU shall, subject to ascertaining and verifying the circumstances in which the ticket was lost or stolen, issue a duplicate ticket to the ticket holder. Duplicate tickets are issued at the WRU’s sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there will be a £10 administration fee per ticket.
If the WRU issues a duplicate ticket, the original ticket will become automatically invalid. Duplicate tickets will be available for collection only from the ticket collection point in the WRU shop situated on Westgate Street (next to Gate 3) and can be collected on the day of the event.
Proof of identification will be required in order to collect the tickets. We regret that we cannot dispatch duplicate tickets by post. Please note that if you are not the purchaser of the tickets you will need to provide proof of the original ticket purchase before duplicate tickets can be issued.
