Dan Gemine

The Ospreys academy product began playing for his local club Loughor and played all the way through to Youth. He has come through the Ospreys pathway and signed a senior academy contract with the region at the end of the 2023/24 season when he was 18-years-old.

The former Penyrheol Comprehensive School pupil captained Gower College in the Welsh Schools and Colleges League and has also played for Wales at U19 level.

At U16 level he had to decide between football and rugby – he was a talented footballer at Loughor, Dunvant and Swansea Schools. He had a trial as a goalkeeper with Swansea at the same time as he got into the Ospreys U16s but plumped for rugby.
