Jordan Morris
As an 11-year-old Cwmbran schoolboy, Morris beat a long standing try scoring record held by Wales and British & Irish Lion Taulupe Faletau. He scored a staggerin 27 tries in 20 games for Pontypool Schools to smash Faletau’s record with ease.
His formative years were with Croesyceiliog as a back rower before being picked up by the Dragons at U16 level and converted to a loosehead prop. He missed out on playing for Wales U18s due to injury and covid, but managed to represent Wales U19s against Italy.
Morris is a Business and Management Student at Cardiff Metropolitan University and has played for Cardiff Met in the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) league and has previously played for Cardiff Met in the Welsh Championship.
He has also appeared for Pontypool this season.
