Josh Morse
The Welsh speaker from farming stock in Llandovery played for his local side until reaching Youth. He was permitted to Ammanford and also played for Llandeilo when 18 years of age.
A Coleg Sir Gar student, he is currently undertaking a Sports Coaching and Development course alongside his playing duties with the Scarlets.
He has followed his aunty on the athletics front. Angharad Bennett represented Wales at shot putt. In his early teen years, Morse was a talented athlete in his own right. He ran the 100m and 200m relay for his school while he competed for Carmarthen Harriers and Dyfed County in javelin, shot putt and discuss.
His grandfather Adrian Lloyd featured for Lllanelli in the 1960s and Morse is proud that he got a mention in Scarlets legend Phil Bennett’s book.
