Educated at Newport High School, the highly-rated Greggains made his debut for the Dragons in 2017. He has played for Cross Keys and Newport in the Principality Premiership.
He missed the opening game of the 2019 U20 Six Nations against France through injury but returned for the next two games against Italy and England where he was an influential figure. He missed the last two games in the campaign due to regional commitments with the Dragons.
