The Jersey-born second row began playing as a 12-year-old with Llanharan before joining Pontyclun as a 14-year-old.
He played for Cardiff U16s and U18s and after completing his GCSEs he joined Exeter.
He has represented Wales at U18 level and played for the Chiefs in the Premiership Academy League where he was captain of the 2023/24 side until he injured his shoulder at the end of the season.
He is currently at Exeter College where he is studying a BTEC in sports science.
A talented cricketer, he represented Wales as an allrounder in the national U12s side.
