The teenager from Pontypridd was a member of the Wasps academy but following the English club going to the wall he is contracted to Midlands Central while studying a Sports Coaching Level 3 Extended Diploma at City of Oxford College.
Scott is a powerful tighthead prop who starred for Wales U18s, and will compete with high-rated Ospreys prop Kian Hire for the number three shirt.
