Steffan Emanuel followed his brother Ioan to Millfield School where he captained the 1st XV in his final year.
After completing his studies at the prestigious school, Emanuel announced he will return home to Cardiff ahead of the 2024/25 season.
He impressed with Wales Under-18s last season, continuing his development with Millfield and Bath U18s, who won the Under-18s Premiership title.
Emanuel, who joined Millfield in Lower Sixth, studied BTEC Sport and A level Geography, captained Wales U18 last season
