Along side scrum half Harri Williams, Florence has playied in three Six Nations championship.
An accomplished ball player with plenty of pace, he can play either in the midfield or on the wing.
He began his playing pathway at Bridgend Sports as a seven-year-old and then moved to Bridgend Athletic five years later.
He attended Llangynwyd Comprehensive in Maesteg before moving to Brynteg.
He is currently studying Sports Science at Swansea University, and was part of the victorious Varsity side that defeated Cardiff University in the annual university derby.
He made his Ospreys debut against the Sharks in Durban in November 2022 and also plays in the Indigo Prem for Swansea.
