Duo set for Wales Women bow
Wales have named two uncapped players, Wasps lock Ashley Rowlands and Neath Athletic winger Charlie Murray, for Sunday’s opening Six Nations clash against England at Pandy Park, Cross Keys (KO 2.30pm).
Kris de Scossa, in his first game as Wales Head coach, has also named three other uncapped players on the bench, Vicky Owens, Sian Williams and Kerin Lake.
Tighthead prop Catrin Edwards will lead Wales for the first time with flanker Jamie Kift now the most experienced player in the side. She will be earning her 80th cap on Sunday.
