Wales Women scrum-half Ffion Lewis can now join her brother, seven-time Mr. Olympia winner Flex Lewis, in saying she’s won it for Wales on the big stage.

Lewis will win her first start for Wales tomorrow evening at Cardiff Arms Park (19:00), when they take on Hong Kong. Tickets are £5 adults, £1 concessions (incl. students).
