Wales hosted European champions Ireland in the build-up to the new World Rugby Sevens Series season, which kicks off in Dubai at the end of the month.

New head coach Richie Pugh and core squad member Afon Bagshaw spoke to WRU TV about how this pre-season has differed from others.

Pugh recently announced his squad for the 18/19 season, full of some of the most promising young Wales U20 and regional players.
