The Welsh Women’s squad were recently put through a demanding two-day regime at an Army Training base near Crickhowell in preparation for the forthcoming World Cup.

WRU TV’s Graeme Gillespie was on hand to see the squad put through their paces – which was no easy task as the entire squad endured a thorough examination which pushed both their minds and bodies to the limit.
