A pensioner from Rhondda, a nursery school from Merthyr Tydfil and the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) have all been recognised in The Royal British Legion’s Friends of the Forces Awards for Wales.

Each winner was recognised for their unstinting support for members of the British Armed Forces and were presented with a certificate by Brigadier Russ Wardle OBE  at The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff at 10.30am.
